$999 Down Payment, $99 Per Month, For 99 Months

The 99 equal payment plans are available in almost all of the counties we have for sale. The down payment of $999 will be credited back to the loan if the final payment is made on or before the date the 24Th payment is due.

99 Months Payment Terms: (Only avialable on selected lots)

• First you choose the property you would like to purchase from the selected properties we have available to choose from.
• The down payment will be $999 which you can receive back as credit if you make the final payment for the land on or before the 24th payment.
• You will have equal payments per month for 99 months. The cost per month will depend on the property you choose from the available lots.
• The closing will be done by a State Certified Title Company so that you will receive a full title warranty with a recorded mortgage. The cost for this process will be $800 to $875 and this will have to be paid directly to the title company at the time of closing.
• There is no credit check 
• No prepayment penalties
