| Any deposit you make towards the purchase of a property from USA Land Ventures and DB Land Investments will be protected in an escrow account of the bonded title company chosen until the contract is closed and the title is transferred to the owner. |

What to expect at signing:
In order to make the contract valid, the prospective buyer must make a deposit in the form of a check. This check should be made payable to the title company to be used in the contract. Within the purchase contract we list the option to buy a lot either by cash or financing (directly with us or through a third party).
For cash transactions, closing can be done within 7 to 10 business days from the date both parties signed the contract.
For financing transactions, closing can be done within 21 and 30 days from the date both parties signed the contract (this is based on the purchaser's lender).
Closing can be done via airmail (FedEx) or on location in the Title Services office.
