7 Year Principle and Interest Payment Terms:
- Minimum of $14,000 Being Financed

99 Months Payment Terms: (Only avialable on selected lots)

First you choose the property you would like to purchase from the selected properties we have available to choose from.

The down payment will be $999 which you can receive back as credit if you make the final payment for the land on or before the 24th payment.

You will have equal payments per month for 99 months. The cost per month will depend on the property you choose from the available lots.

The closing will be done by a State Certified Title Company so that you will receive a full title warranty with a recorded mortgage. The cost for this process will be $800 to $875 and this will have to be paid directly to the title company at the time of closing.
